jlbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By creating an account on the jlbd platform, accessing any part of the website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the jlbd platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. jlbd uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of the device and network you use to access the platform. jlbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jlbd supports a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source where technically possible.

jlbd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, jlbd may place holds on accounts and balances without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of any internal investigation is final.

jlbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jlbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the platform or by email. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
